How long does the course take?

We understand that life happens. All of our courses are completely self-paced so you can take as much or as little time as you need to complete them. On average, most of our students complete one course per week. 

Is your school an accredited institution?

Yes! We are approved by our home state accredited body, the Missouri Department of Higher Education and Workforce Development (MDHEWD), and eligible to provide training to students across the country.  

Where are you located?

Our headquarters is located at 3201 E. 85th St in Kansas City, MO. Students participating in fully online courses do not need to be located in the Kansas City area. 

What if I need help while taking a course?

Each course has dedicated instructors with years of experience who are available to help you by phone, email, or in-person. Additionally, every student is assigned a student advisor to support your education across all programs and courses. 

Are there any prerequisites to participate in this course?

We want to make sure our students are set up for success. To participate in this course you must (i) be 18 years of age or older, (ii) completed high school or higher level of education, (iii) have a computer and reliable internet access, (iv) strong verbal and written English communication skills, (v) understanding of basic technology tools such as email and Microsoft Office, (vi) and availability to work a minimum of 10 hours per week.
